Hustle Castle
Hustle Castle Gameplay & Review (Only Win No Money)
Okay, just for the trailer
Welcome to my brief gameplay demo and review of Hostel
Castle. This is a game I learned from other in-game ads. I tried it, thinking
the trailer looked pretty good, and it reminded me of Fallout Shelter. But let
me be clear, this is one of the most frustrating games I've ever played - a
pay-to-win game. Read on to find out.
Story and context
Oh, the princess has been kidnapped by the evil demon lord,
please save her. That's how the game started, and I think the story is so bad.
Although this game combines small dialogues when you get to the main story,
everything about it is very shallow. It’s trying too hard to be a legitimate
fun story, but it’s not.
The characters have no background story, nor do they seem to
have deep personalities. I call this the "required character under the
bar", designed to keep the game going. No, there are no significant
stories or characters, but a story has been created to contain at least one
story for that game.
Quick castle review.
Evil monster lord has taken the princess, save her! It’s a
sudden start to the game, and that’s why I think the story is so bad. Although
there are many small dialogues throughout the main story of the game, it is
very annoying. Although it tries very hard to have fun, it doesn't. Read the full
Hostel Castle review below!
Without any backstory or deep personality, the characters
are the "necessary character under the blank", which I refer to as
being created to keep the game going. There are no significant stories or
characters in this game, but there is one that was created to provide at least
one description for the game.
Basic gameplay
Hostel Castle, a building game like Fallout Shelter, is set
in a medieval setting. The difference between this game and Fallout Shelter is
that Fallout Shelter requires more planning and strategy. For a fallout shelter
you need to maintain a balance of energy, food, water and people. Hostel Castle
is a construction game that does not require planning. The main purpose of
exploration and war food. Your people will not "expel" them or
swallow them.
To build, you can use gold. Your residents do not have to
pay wages.Hostel Castle is a building game, similar to Fallout Shelter but set
in a medieval world. But there is a difference between this and the Fallout
Shelter - the Fallout Shelter is much more difficult and requires real planning
and strategy. In a fallout shelter, you need to balance energy, food, water and
people. In Hostel Castle, you build without the need for planning -
Used in food exploration, and in battle stages. They do not
"drain" or "erode" by your people otherwise.
Gold is used in building construction. Your residents do not
have to pay wages.
So yes, there is not much of a challenge here, since you
literally don't lose this game and don't lose.
True to the RPG game, this game has a list of characters and
skills:
War
Magic
Food
Financing
Possibly over-simplified, but skills directly related to it.
Higher combat skills allow you to equip better combat
equipment.
Good magic skills allow this character to create more mana
when placed in a mana well.
Food efficiency produces more food.
Financial efficiency produces more gold.
Yes, it's easy and you can't go wrong with it.
Battle system
No, there is no such thing as
a battle system in this game. Once the battle starts, you cannot command your
troops or do anything about it. You can only watch, and there is no way to skip
or speed it up – Not until you pay for it. A big no-no for me.
Game experience
The first few days of the game are good and enjoyable, with
some free tutorials to keep new players interested. But once the honeymoon
period is over, things break down quickly. The speed and balance of the game is
awesome - you can only upgrade one building at a time and it can take hours or
even days. It is also impossible to win PVP battles against paying players.
Speaking of unfair benefits, paying players have reduced
construction time, training time, production growth, a rare rare item every day
for free, and even character gems can cost gems to complete builds instantly… I
have no idea why some people in the Play Store review Is that Hostel Castle a
"balanced game"? This is a clearly tilted pay-to-win game. Maybe they
are paid to give a positive review, or they pay to win the game themselves.
Graphics and style
This game takes on a cartoonish art style, which I can't say
I'm a fan of. Well, it's not terrible, just a personal choice that I don't like
terribly. It's decently good, it doesn't have a "wow factor". That's
all I can say.
Soundtrack
Hostel Castle's soundtracks are inadequate. Don't expect any
Motion Picture Quality soundtrack from it, it only has your "average
Joe" game BGM. Nothing amazing, nothing terrifying, it just has sound and
music that works.
